These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CloseHotel website and its related tools (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Important notice: The hotel information shown appears real, but it is not a confirmed hotel reservation. CloseHotel documents are not issued by any hotel, do not reserve a room, and cannot be verified with the property or used to check in. You are solely responsible for how you use this information.

1. About the Service

CloseHotel is a tool that generates sample (provisional) hotel itineraries as PDF documents, based on public property data, for visa planning and travel-itinerary purposes only — not for an actual stay or check-in. The Service is currently free; some features may become paid in the future, and any price and its terms will be shown clearly before you pay. The documents produced are samples and do not constitute a purchase, a booking, a payment, or a confirmed reservation with any hotel or booking platform.

2. No visa guarantee

We do not guarantee the issuance or approval of any visa. Generating an itinerary or any document through the Service does not influence, guarantee, or ensure the outcome of any visa application. We have no bearing whatsoever over the granting or denial of visas by embassies, consulates, or any authority.

3. No liability for visa refusal

We are not responsible or liable for any visa refusal, rejection, delay, or any consequence arising from the use of documents generated on the Service. Any reliance on the documents for official purposes is entirely at your own risk.

4. User responsibility

You assume all legal and other responsibility for your use of the Service and any document generated through it. You agree that:

You will use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.
You will not present a CloseHotel document as a confirmation issued by a hotel, or alter it to create a misleading impression.
You will not impersonate any person or submit false information unlawfully.
You will not use the Service for fraud, deception, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the traveler names, dates, and other details you enter.
Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful use is your sole responsibility.

5. Accuracy of information

The Service and its content are provided “as is” and may contain information that is not accurate, complete, or current. Property details may come from public third-party sources, and prices are generated estimates — not offers, live quotes, or evidence of payment. It is your responsibility to verify addresses, contact details, availability, and rates directly with the property. Any reliance is at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service in any manner that does not violate these Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to restrict or block access to the Service, perform maintenance, or modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Public data providers may also change or limit their services, which can affect search results.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to CloseHotel and are protected by applicable laws. Map and property data belong to their respective providers and are used under their licences. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall CloseHotel or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
